It is a widely used solution in furniture, decoration, and construction.

Description

The phenolic compact exterior coating provided by J. Pinto Leitão is used in facades, exterior ceilings, gates, siding, garage doors, playgrounds, and others.

  • It does not corrode nor is it corrosive;

  • Easy to clean;
  • Anti-static;
  • Mechanically robust;
  • It doesn't fragment;
  • Attractive;

  • Available in a wide range of colors.

This outdoor cladding can have either exposed or hidden fixation.

Visible Fixation
The panels are perforated and the fixing screw is visible (this screw can be supplied in the same color as the compact for less visibility).

In this case, the outdoor compact is fixed to a pre-existing structure in the wall, which allows ventilation of the facade.

J. Pinto Leitão advises reading the installation guide.

Hidden Fixation
The phenolic compact is glued directly to the pre-fixed structure on the walls or else glued or screwed to an aluminum profile to be fitted later to an existing one on the façade.

This last option facilitates maintenance, making it easier and more effective. No screws are visible, and it keeps the performance in terms of ventilation, acoustics, and thermal.
