Thermochip® Cover Sandwich

The Thermochip® panel combines the characteristics of wood with the functionality and demands of different applications.

Description

This panel has triple functionality: it adds in a single product the function of decorative finishing, excellent thermal isolation features, and a base to support any kind of tile.

The Thermochip® panel range is composed of several solutions:

Fir Finish (TAH)
It is made up of a waterproof fibreboard plank, an insulating extruded polystyrene core and fir finish on the interior side. This panel offers the possibility to build roofs with added value, with several finishes and different varnish options.

Phenolic (TFH)
It is a high-performance panel that offers a high level of insulation from the extruded polystyrene core and the excellent qualities of the veneered planks which make up the interior side of the sandwich.

Plaster Fibreboard (TYH)
It consists of a water-repellent chipboard board, an extruded polystyrene insulating core (thickness varies according to insulation requirements), and a plasterboard on the interior. It stands out for its fire protection and acoustic performance. It is a panel that can be used in buildings for public use.

Pine (TPYH)
It
is formed by a plaster panel and a varnished pine wainscot, with flame retardant treatment on the inside. This panel has the "look" of natural wood and can be used in any construction project.

Waterproof Chipboard (THH)
It is the panel with the simpler finish in the range and is constituted by two water-repellent chipboard panels connected to an extruded polystyrene core. It allows different layouts, depending on its use and the services required. The chipboard accepts all types of covering material for its external surface, such as painting, wallpapering, or other treatments.

Cement (TCH)
This panel can be used in construction of roofs, external covers, or internal partitions subject to special requests, among others. It is made of wood chips and cement mixed with mineral substances and water. It has fire resistance, acoustic insulation, and resistance to humidity, bending, and impacts.

Iroko (TIRH)
This panel is the perfect solution for the construction of roofs with interior use space. It is the highest range of the Thermochip® sandwich panel. The interior side is formed by a tongue and groove panel in Iroko wood, available with a natural or varnished finish. It allows different configurations on the roof and is one of the most sought-after decorative solutions for ceilings.

OSB (TOH)
This panel can have different configurations depending on the required load and isolation values. It offers the possibility of changing the thickness of its various components.

Acoustic (TKH)
É uma versão formada por uma placa de aglomerado de partículas magnésitas. A principal qualidade deste produto é ser um material absorvente de som, ideal para estúdios de música, escolas e outros espaços acústicos. Tem resistência ao fogo classe B.

Gypsum Plasterboard (TPLH)
This
panel is composed of a water-repellent chipboard board, an extruded polystyrene insulating core (thickness varies according to insulation requirements), and a gypsum board on the inner face. In addition, the TPLH finish has refined edges for a correct application of the paste in the joints between the panels. This finish admits all the treatments usually carried out on gypsum board surfaces. It stands out for its fire protection and acoustic performance. It is a panel that can be used in buildings for public use.
